Welcome, things are rapidly progressing here at Grixsen. First, Beer - because well Beer. We’ve got more beers in rotation now. In addition to our popular Saisons, we have the beer that started it all - our Brown Ale. If you came to the Zwickelmania event the Campfire Stout and the Scotch Ale are now fully finished and legged up. Our Imperial Stout is currently bubbling away in the fermentors as we get this update out, so good chances it’ll be fully finished before the end of the month. The pilot system continues to crank out new Ales weekly as well so the portfolio is ever-expanding.

Speaking of Zwickelmania. Wow. Wow and thank you. We are blown away by the amount of people that came in. Thank you for your support. Great to meet so many of you and we look forward to raising more pints in the future. A big shout out to all of our new Founder’s members as well, thanks for your support - it’s being put to good use as we continue to power through the start up phase.
The tasting room finish work is almost complete - While we're working on it, we're currently open on Fridays from 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM and Saturdays from 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Stay tuned for more updates and thanks for your support!
